Contact form inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, project type, and your message. This information is stored in our secure database so our team can respond to your inquiry.

Project tracking. Clients can view project progress by entering a project code. Entering a code does not require an account. Project information shown (progress updates, photos, payment summaries where unlocked, and assigned supervisor details) is entered by our team and is only accessible with a valid project code.

Reviews. If you submit a review for a completed project, we store the review content and any rating you provide.

Team accounts. Authorized staff sign in with an email address and password. For security, we keep a record of recent sign-in attempts to protect against unauthorized access.

On-device storage. The app stores a small amount of information on your device only: a note that you dismissed the app install prompt, and — for signed-in staff — a secure session token. The app also caches pages for offline use as an installable app (PWA). None of this is sent to us for tracking purposes.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party behavioral tracking of any kind.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except the following service providers, which process data only as needed to operate this application:

• Cloud hosting provider — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage (including project photos uploaded by our team).
• Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on this site to your browser.
• Google Maps — an embedded map on our Contact page; viewing it is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp — “Book a Meeting” and chat buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. This only happens if you choose to tap the link, and your conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

This application does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only storage used is essential to the app's operation: a secure session token for signed-in staff, a record that you dismissed the install prompt, and offline caching for the installable app experience.

Access to stored data is restricted using row-level security rules, so only authorized staff can view inquiries, project details, and reviews. Staff sign-ins are rate-limited and monitored for repeated failed attempts. Project media is stored in private storage and served through time-limited secure links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Project data is retained for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Sign-in attempt logs are kept only for short periods needed for security monitoring.

We will respond to privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe. Note that we may need to retain certain records where required for legal or contractual reasons.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website or app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
