The Service provides information about Zodic Associates and its construction services, a portfolio of completed and ongoing projects, a contact and quote-request form, and a project tracking portal for our clients. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Clients receive a unique project code to view progress updates, photos, and related project information. Your project code acts as an access credential: anyone who enters a valid code can view that project's information. Please keep your code private and share it only with people you trust. If you believe your code has been disclosed unintentionally, contact us so we can assist you.

Project updates, timelines, photos, and payment summaries are provided in good faith by our team. Progress estimates and timelines may change due to site conditions, material availability, approvals, or other factors. Content on the Service is for general information and does not constitute a contractual commitment; the terms of your signed construction agreement always prevail.

All content on the Service — including the Zodic Associates name and logo, text, design, and project photographs — is the property of Zodic Associates or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Service links to or embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp (for chat and meeting requests), Google Maps (on the Contact page), and Google Fonts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodic Associates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on information presented through the project tracking portal.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Service — including staff accounts and project codes — where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, accessed without authorization, or used in violation of these terms.
